Al kicked off his journey in the DJ world in 2001 as an Assistant DJ for D&D Entertainment. In 2003, he founded First Class Sound Productions and operated it for over a decade, performing at mobile events across the five boroughs and tri-state area. Outside of mobile DJ entertainment, Al was named on-air resident DJ for WSJU Radio during his four years at St. John’s University. Al also graduated with honors from the Institute of Audio Research in NYC where he earned a degree in Audio Production & Recording, as well as an award for outstanding audio mixing skills. He’s worked as a Producer at SiriusXM Radio and currently works as an AVIXA CTS-certified engineer in commercial Audio-Visual integration. In 2020, he began reaching new audiences in the form of live streams & recorded mix shows, which have been featured in the MixCloud Top 100 annually from 2020-2023.
